Centerstone Development
Centerstone Development identifies prime locations for housing and commercial projects in southwestern Ohio. We negotiate the sale of the land, apply for zoning changes, and then get permits, bonds and financing to bring the project to life. Once approved, we create the building lots with electric, water, sewer, roads and curbs. If housing or apartments are part of the project, our Centerstone Homes division can be the builder too. Otherwise, we work with a variety of the commercial and residential builders to build different components of the project. Centerstone orchestrates the project from start to finish.
Centerstone Homes
Centerstone Homes builds quality single and multifamily homes and villas in southwestern Ohio. We incorporate best-practice architectural designs and quality materials suited for today’s modern lifestyle. They are feature rich and easy to maintain.
Centerstone Management
Centerstone Management operates the day-to-day needs of some of our completed projects. Property management includes the leasing, maintenance, and upkeep of commercial and apartment properties. Also, we ensure our developments are safe and secure and that our amenities are clean and attractive. Our shared spaces, landscaping and roadways are beautiful and in good repair.
