A History Of Growing The Greater Dayton Region
In 2018, Centerstone Homes emerged in the Dayton region with the completion of a striking two-story residence in Harveysburg’s Shepherd’s Ridge Subdivision. This inaugural project marked the genesis of a home builder dedicated to craftsmanship and innovation.
Over the following years, from 2019 to 2023, the company made significant strides, undertaking the completion of three phases of Quadplex Villas at the Courtyard at Centerville, previously known as Randall Residence of Centerville. This expansion showcased their commitment to quality and attention to detail, solidifying their presence in the local real estate landscape. Not content to rest on their laurels, in 2020, they embarked on another ambitious venture, commencing the construction of Patio Homes in the prestigious Woodland Greens at Yankee Trace Subdivision. This move demonstrated their adaptability and vision, setting the stage for continued growth and success in the years to come.

Rick and I could not be more pleased with the entire process of buying our new beautiful home built by Centerstone. Amy, Jayson, Nick & Beth made it so easy for us!! They allowed us to take our time and make decisions based on our needs and our own timeline. They take you through options and guide you every step of the way. When I say they have treated us like family I truly mean every word. We were going through a very hard loss in our family and it was comforting to know they truly understood.
